Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

BMF Roofing Solutions Inc. offers domestic shipping within Canada and international shipping to the United States.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

E-commerce Orders (Business-to-Consumer – B2C): We utilize UPS Ground for all e-commerce shipments.

Retailer/Distributor Orders (Business-to-Business – B2B): We collaborate with a variety of transportation organizations, often through brokers, to select the most suitable partners for shipment.

3. Shipping Costs

E-commerce Orders: Shipping costs are based on weight until specific monetary quantities are met. When an order surpasses $150.00 the order will qualify for complimentary shipping.

Retailer/Distributor Orders: Shipping costs are determined by the transportation organizations, considering weight, dimensions, and destination. Orders may qualify for free shipping if certain monetary quantities are met. Any order over $5,000 will qualify for free shipping.

4. Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days upon receipt. Processing times may extend during holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Delivery Time

E-commerce Orders: Delivery times are between 2 to 5 business days

Retailer/Distributor Orders: Delivery times are between 2 and 10 business days

6. Order Tracking

E-commerce Orders: Tracking information from UPS will be provided once the order is processed.

Retailer/Distributor Orders: Tracking information is available upon request, subject to availability from the transportation organizations.

7. Shipping Restrictions At present, BMF Roofing Solutions Inc. has no specific shipping restrictions. As of July 2024, our products do not contain hazardous materials or perishable goods. BMF Roofing Solutions Inc. reserves the right to impose shipping restrictions under particular circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

8. International Shipping Details

Customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applicable to international shipments. Responsibility for these charges may rest with BMF Roofing Solutions Inc. and/or its customers, either fully or partially. Delays due to customs processing are possible and should be anticipated.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

In the event of lost or damaged shipments, customers must promptly contact info@bmfroofingsolutions.com with photographic evidence (for damaged goods). BMF Roofing Solutions Inc. commits to replacing goods lost or damaged upon arrival. For inquiries regarding delayed shipments, customers are advised to use the same contact email.

10. Returns and Exchanges

Customers are entitled to request returns or exchanges within 30 days, as long as the product has not been used. Transportation fees for returns/exchanges must be borne by the customer, unless the reason for return is due to an error by BMF Roofing Solutions Inc. or due to reason of manufacturer defect. We reserve the right to investigate and potentially reject claims found to be due to deliberate damage or false/exaggerated information.
