Customers are entitled to request returns or exchanges within 30 days, as long as the product has

not been used. Transportation fees for returns/exchanges must be borne by the customer, unless

the reason for return is due to an error by BMF Roofing Solutions Inc. or due to reason of manu-

facturer defect. We reserve the right to investigate and potentially reject claims found to be due

to deliberate damage or false/exaggerated information.
